Shipping

Products In Stock:

All products in stock are shipped within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking link via email and text message so you can keep an eye on your order's progress. We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your products arrive on time and in perfect condition.

 

Custom/Bulk Orders:

Custom and bulk orders may take 15-20 days to ship. This is because these orders require additional time for design and production. We will provide you with an estimated ship date when you place your order, and we will do our best to ensure that your products are delivered on time.

Returns

Refunds:

At Flagster, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we have a detailed return and shipping policy in place to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

If you receive a product from us that has a manufacturing defect, you may return it within 48 hours of receiving it for a full refund.

To initiate the return process, please contact us within this time frame. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and receive your refund. Please note that this policy only applies to products with manufacturing defects, and we are unable to accept returns for any other reason.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

In addition to our return policy, we also want to address the issue of late or missing refunds. If you have requested a refund and it has not yet been processed, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account to see if the refund has been issued. It may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
2. If you do not see the refund in your account, contact your bank. They may have additional information about the status of your refund.
3. If you have done both of these things and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@flagster.in. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue and get your refund as soon as possible.

Express Shipping / Exchange Product

If you need express shipping or if you would like to exchange a product that does not have a manufacturing defect for another one, please contact us directly. We will be happy to accommodate your request, but please note that additional charges may apply.
